It was critical for the company to identify the potential future leaders for its own survival and future growth.
An assessment centre that focused on managerial competencies with an emphasis on competitive B2B marketplaces was designed and approximately 100 identified managers went through these centres. A merit list was drawn up based on the potential identified in the assessment centre that helped the company focus on developing the top half of the list through personal development plans and training.
