Challenge
A newly created consumer products / OTC division with almost 90%+ lateral intakes was struggling to identify who to promote as first-level and second-level managers.
Solution
We developed an Assessment Centre exclusively for these levels, focusing on critical success drivers including Communication skills, Persuasion, Channel Management, Sales Planning, and Execution. Over 100 employees underwent this assessment to identify those with the potential to be promoted.

Challenge
A professionally managed company wanted to create a career path for high-performing employees through promotion and job rotation with higher responsibilities. They wished to create a talent pool which will be tapped for placing these identified employees in positions with greater responsibilities.
Solution
We created an assessment centre that addressed the needs of various key functions in the company Production Planning, Supply chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. This centre helped the management identify High Potential employees and create a talent pool, which in turn provided upward mobility in careers for the employees within the company.
